M2DP was founded by Marcel Deurhof to bring focus and structure to industrial and energy projects. He leads every engagement himself and stays the single point of accountability from the first conversation to close-out. Around that, we bring in senior specialists from a network built over 30+ years in EPC and energy, matched to what the project actually needs. There is no standing bench to keep occupied, so the team is sized to the problem and stops when the work is done.
