Introduction
These terms apply to your use of m2dp.pt. They are not the terms of a consultancy engagement. Work carried out for a client is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
Scope of services
M2DP provides project management, procurement and project development consultancy to industrial, energy and infrastructure clients. The content of this website is a general description of that work and of past projects. It is information, not advice, and no client relationship arises from reading it or from sending us an email. Project references describe roles held and results achieved at the time; figures are approximate and rounded.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, M2DP is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website or from its temporary unavailability. Liability under a consultancy engagement is governed solely by the agreement for that engagement. Links to third party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, the M2DP name and the logo, belongs to M2DP or to its licensors. You may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it in full, or use it commercially, without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website is submitted to the competent court of the district in which M2DP has its registered seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
