Porto refinery conversion, Portugal. EPC conversion project of over €400 million. Project management through execution and close-out, covering procurement, contracting, project controls, estimating and risk.
Clean fuels integrated control systems, Kuwait. Over 200 MUSD. A delayed mega-project brought back under control, with more than 80,000 I/O points across 20 process units cut over inside a six week shutdown window.
